There are many other steps in the process as well, including comparing the possible resale or rental value of the house and establish the fair price to pay for the property and including any possible repairs to the home. The steps that are needed to make your investment a success are all done by our office staff.

The trustee sales process can be a very complex one; however 88 Realty makes it simple for our investors because we do the work for you. Our office will notify you if a property that fits our needs will be coming up for auction or our office will send you a list of the upcoming properties for sale at the trustee’s sale so that you can see the opportunities for yourself. Once we have established that there is a property that suits your needs, we represent you at the auction and do the bidding for you. These are all cash sales, in order to represent you at the auction there are forms that you will need to fill out as well as you will provides us with cashier’s checks for the purchase of the property prior to the sale date. You will be informed every step of the way in your investment.
