1. Operating Statements of all expenses monthly

2. Copies of all Bills paid and contractor invoices

3. Statements and owners rent checks mailed out by the 15^th of each month

4. Owner’s 1099 by January 31^st

*Owner can opt to have 88 Realty handle and bill you or your tenant for: Utilities, Property Taxes, pool and landscaping, HOA fees and miscellaneous monthly expenses
